Everyone wants their vehicle to stand out, what better way then to Bed line the entire vehicle!
This seems like a much crazier idea than it really is! Not only does bedliner transform the overall appearance of the vehicle, it also provides a lifetime of protection against rock chips, scratches, and significantly reduces road noise! All while maintaining a “Clean but mean” appearance!
There are no shortcuts when it comes to doing a full spray on a vehicle, we are essentially doing a full repaint, just with our own twist on it! We remove every panel that can be, as well as all of the internal components such as door latches and window mechanisms. As you can see there is quite a bit of disassembly that is required! Not all bedliner companies go to the lengths that we do when doing a full spray. Most rely on excessive amounts of masking tape while keeping the disassembly of the vehicle to a minimum. That is just not the Bullet Liner way!
Surprisingly spraying the entire vehicle only takes about 1 hour total, but do not overlook the many hours that go into the preparation and masking of the vehicle! With any application the end product is only as good as the prep work. We usually allow 2 complete days to mask the vehicle and prep the surface for the application process. This includes all of the teardown, masking, sanding, and priming of the areas to be sprayed. This is arguably the most crucial step in the lining process. Failure to properly mask and prep the surface results in poor adhesion of the bedliner. We take the extra step and apply a 2 part primer which provided the liner with more of a chemical adhesion, rather than a friction adhesion. All of this is done to ensure that the bedliner will outlast the life of the vehicle.
The end product is unlike any other! As if spraying the entire vehicle isn’t unique enough, you can make it your own by choosing any color under the sun! If you can envision it we can make it happen for you! That is the Bullet Liner way.
